Criteria for Hiring:-
1. First screening and filtering to be done at Empower end.
2. Adhaar card and School Leaving certificate are the 2 mandatory documents required at the time of interview.
3. Even if candidate fulfills the above criteria, selection will be done by Managers /Dept. heads based on the other criteria like attitude, need for job, Skills ,etc.
4. Should be able to read English.
5. Ready to work in night shift if required.
6. Flexible to work in more than one department.
7. Either 10th or 12th Pass.(Less than 10th can be considered based on Job requirement and in few depts.)
8. Should be flexible enough to work in rotational shifts & for overtime if required.
9. For some position - Should have computer skills, knowledge of excel.
10. Should be below 30 Age (Exceptions can be allowed for right candidates as per the Job profile)
11. Every contract staff has to sign and accept the theft ,tobacco, misbehavior, misconduct ,poor performance, irregularity in attendance, debit and other policies before Joining .
12. Should be stand while working for the compete job & internal movement other Dept.
