We are hiring for Sales Representative (Field Agri Marketing profile) for Siliguri Branch (Uttar Dinajpur, Darjeeling, Alipurduar & Jalpaiguri District Rural field).

Job Description :

Work on individual sales conversion targets and generate new customer by service through out existing farmers base as per specified norms.

Sales reference line creation by demonstration.

Work on leads to ensure strong relationship building with regular farmers visits.

Customer presentation & confirmation booking through Farmers Meet or personal reference.

Ensure Periodical performance metrics are reviewed for self and maintained appropriate reports (DAR & DK) to Group Coordinator / Group Leader and upper channel on time.

Organizing and executing demo stations activity at Rural Markets locations

Interaction with customer and motivate team for service delivery

Requirement :

Education :- Minimum Matric completed (Above Matric Qualification & self motivating will get an extra advantage on promotion.)

Should have minimum knowledge about Rural Market / Rural Agricultural field.

Age Limit :- 20 to 34 Years.
