Title of the position : Sales Representative
Department : Sales
Reports to (to whom the person directly reports): Group Leader
Key areas of responsibility:
a) Acquire necessary product knowledge from the trainings given
b) Understand the territory given and identify suspects and prospects
c) Daily door knocks and giving effective demonstration to the prospects
d) Achieve the sales target given for the certain area
e) File regular daily reports
f) Identify competitive products and inform the marketing department
g) Help in product promotional activities
h) Ability to travel extensively in rural villages for meeting farmers
Qualifications (necessary skills and experience required):
Intermediate, Graduation for Sales Representative
(Preferably Fresh Candidates.)
Age: Above 20 years to 40years old.
Candidate Profile: Rural Based Candidates (Preferably)
Emoluments:-
Salary per Month:
(Fixed-Rs 7000/ for 3 month probation period after that 8000/)-

Variable (TA/DA + Incentives + Commission are on performance).
Minimum Salary will be 9000/- & Maximum Salary will be 15000/-
On the basis of performance Every Three to four month promotion in our organization
After promotion SR to GC/GL Employee will get Mediclaim Policy (50,000/-) & Bike lone policy.
